How does the COZING-BQ06A morphine addiction treatment work?

 

Clinical Study:

Sixty patients with a history of drug abuse ranging from 1 to 2 years were selected from the Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau Detoxification Center. After physiological detoxification, they began experiencing prolonged withdrawal symptoms within 7-10 days. The participants, aged 18 to 40 with an average age of 32, included 20 females and 40 males. They were randomly divided into three groups, each comprising 20 individuals. Groups 1 and 2 received laser treatment, while Group 3 served as the control. The treatment group uniformly used the Wuhan Koz low-frequency treatment device with a wavelength of 650nm and adjustable output power ranging from 0 to 5 mW. Special disposable puncture needles, optical fibers, and a laser nasal irradiation treatment head were utilized for intravascular and nasal irradiation.

 

Treatment Methods:

Groups 1 and 2 received low-intensity laser blood therapy. Group 1 underwent intravascular low-intensity laser irradiation therapy (ILILIT), where a specially designed disposable optical fiber was inserted into the patient's elbow, head, or important veins for circulation irradiation. The power ranged from 2 to 2.5 mW, with a power density of 2.54 mW/mm2 to 3.18 mW/mm2, lasting 60 minutes per session.

 

The dosage ranged from 9.17J/mm2 to 11.45J/mm2. Each patient received one session per day for 10 days per course of treatment. Group 2 received low-intensity laser nasal irradiation therapy. The laser was delivered into both nostrils using a special nasal cap. The power ranged from 4 to 5mW, with a power density of 1.27mW/mm2 to 1.59mW/mm2, irradiating each nostril for 45 minutes per session. The total dosage for both nostrils ranged from 9.17J/mm2 to 11.45J/mm2. Treatment was administered once daily for 10 days per course.

The control group (Group 3) received no special treatment after 7-10 days of physiological detoxification. Only symptomatic medication was provided when certain withdrawal symptoms were severe (e.g., severe insomnia, diarrhea, anxiety).

 

Physiological and biochemical indicators were measured in all three groups before and after treatment or observation (control group). Data were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Excel and t-tests.

Patients in the treatment groups transitioned from initial resistance to positive cooperation and friendly attitudes.

 

This study was conducted based on animal experiments, and the laser doses used were within the safety threshold, with no toxic side effects observed during treatment. Both treatment methods achieved the expected results. Nasal irradiation is non-invasive, safe, and reliable, allowing for home use. Prolonged symptoms persist after detoxification, but regular treatment with a self-owned device can alleviate symptoms and prevent relapse effectively.
