COZING-T05V pet cold laser therapy
1.The laser's low-intensity light penetrates the animal's body without invading the cells, thereby altering cellular function, naturally reducing oxidative stress and boosting cellular production of ATP.Unlike medications and traditional surgery, COZING's veterinary lasers are completely harmless to the animal and do not cause pain, scarring, or adverse side effects. The animal remains conscious throughout the treatment and there is no recovery period - pain relief lasers are ideal for any veterinarian who wants to keep their animals as happy and healthy as possible for a number of reasons.
Principle
1.Veterinary laser systems use photons to non-invasively repair tissue and reduce pain and nflammation in animals. When the laser light hits a targeted muscle, nerve or ligament, it stimulates cellular mitochondrial activity and promotes ATP production. This process promotes natural healing.
2.808nm is the longer wavelength high powerlaser, it is best suitable to treat deepertissue, tendons and ligaments.Because itproduces the maximum interaction withmitochondria, speeds up the metabolism ofvarious tissues, repair cells, acceleratesthe production of collagen fbers, depositionand cross-linking.
Advantages of laser therapy device
1. Wide range of applications, both for humans and animals.
2. Laser wavelength 808nm, 650nm can be selected for treatment.
3. Effective treatment, each treatment takes only 3-10 minutes; after the first treatment, 30%-50% of the pain can be relieved. 4.
4. CW and Pulse modes of operation
5. Long service life, more than 30,000 hours
6. High return on investment, no consumables for life.
Clinical studies
Purpose:
Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) is a therapeutic photobiostimulation therapy that has been shown to reduce swelling, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue healing. The purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate the efficacy of LLLT on aseptic pyogenic granulomatous foot dermatitis in five dogs.
Materials and Methods:
One lesion in each dog served as a control (treated with 0.0584% hydrocortisone acetate propionate spray), and one or more other lesions received irradiation with a COZING-T05V (808 nm) handheld laser once a day for 5 days. Lesions were scored before treatment (D0), at the end of treatment (D4), 16 days after the last laser treatment (D20), and 2 months after treatment (D65).
Results:
Clinical scores were similar in the treatment group compared to the control group on post-treatment day 0, but statistically significant differences existed on post-treatment days 4 and 20; statistically significant improvements were observed in the treatment group over time between post-treatment days 0, 4, and 20. At day 65 post-treatment, more than 50% of the lesions had not recurred. No adverse reactions were reported.
Conclusion:
Given the positive results of the first clinical study, it would be interesting to expand the study to confirm the effectiveness of this type of therapy in aseptic pyogenic granulomatous foot dermatitis in dogs.
