Some people used COZING laser to irradiate the plasma of the cerebral cortex of rats for 1~15min, and measured the activities of coenzyme 1--glutamate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase isoenzymes, the activities were the largest in 10min, and increased by 39% compared with that of control group; the activities of dehydrogenases in the tricarboxylic acid cycle such as ketoglutarate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase, and the activities of the enzymes in the tricarboxylic acid cycle were the largest in 10min, and the activities of the enzymes were the largest in 10min. The activities of dehydrogenases in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, such as ketoglutarate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase, increased at 6 min and decreased to normal at 30 min.
