How does the COZING-USBN4 best red light therapy for home use work ?
LLLT emits low-level laser light, which penetrates the tissues of the nasal passages and sinuses. This light energy helps reduce inflammation by modulating inflammatory mediators, such as cytokines and prostaglandins. By decreasing inflammation, LLLT can alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion, nasal discharge, and facial pain associated with rhinitis and sinusitis.
Stimulates microcirculation in the nasal mucosa and sinus tissues. This increased blood flow helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the affected areas while removing waste products and toxins. Improved circulation can accelerate tissue healing and reduce swelling, further contributing to symptom relief.

Best red light therapy for home use Clinical study:
Abstract: Allergic rhinitis is a persistent inflammatory condition of the nasal mucosa, driven by immunoglobulin E, and affects about one in six people. The goal of treatment is to manage symptoms effectively while minimizing side effects, prompting the need for alternative therapies like phototherapy due to its immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory properties.
Objective: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of phototherapy in treating allergic rhinitis through a meta-analysis.
Methods:We conducted searches in the Web of Science, Scielo, PubMed, SCOPUS, PEDro, and LILACS databases using the keywords: "intranasal irradiation", "phototherapy", and "allergic rhinitis". The Metafor package in R software was utilized for the meta-analysis, and the effect size for each symptom was calculated separately.
Results: Phototherapy significantly reduced all symptoms: rhinorrhea (ES = -1.35; p < 0.0001; I2 = 91.84%), sneezing (ES = -1.24; p < 0.0001; I2 = 91.43%), nasal itching (ES = -1.10; p < 0.0001; I2 = 91.43%), and nasal congestion (ES = -1.11; p < 0.0001; I2 = 91.88%). The impact was more pronounced in perennial allergic rhinitis compared to the seasonal type.
Conclusion: Given the effect size and statistical significance observed in this study, rhinophototherapy appears to be an effective treatment for alleviating nasal symptoms caused by allergic rhinitis.
