What are the advantages of COZING-LRB01 intense pulsed light therapy at home?
1. New Upgraded Lamp Bead: 660nm Red Light (visible light) can be absorbed effectively by skin, and promote cell metabolism. 850nm (invisible lights) Near-infrared Light can enhance muscle recovery, full body pain relief, etc
2. Hand-Free Design: The high-quality light therapy belt comes with an additional charging pack, where you can conveniently place your phone and power bank. This allows you to move freely and enjoy the benefits of this light therapy belt anytime, anywhere
3. Bringing Health to Your Pets: The benefits of infrared light therapy for the body extend beyond the human body to our beloved pet companions and family members. It utilizes specific wavelengths of red light to penetrate the skin, aiding in pain relief and catering to your personal care needs.
4. An ideal birthday gift for friends, family members, and people of all ages, suits for all seasons. It is also a good choice for women with dysmenorrhea.
How does COZING-LRB01 intense pulsed light therapy at home work?
Low-level laser therapy, which has recently also been called photobiomodulation (PBM). Some other studies have shown that PBM can be used in body contouring. One of the proposed mechanisms for a PBM effect in adipose tissue is the formation of transient pores in the adipocyte membranes, thus allowing for the lipids to escape. Adipocyte apoptosis activation has also been proposed. The production of reactive oxygen species is also possible, due to the action of PBM, and this is related to the mitochondrial activation, on account of the radiation absorption by the cytochrome c oxidase molecules. This is followed by an increased ATP synthesis and an increased cyclic adenosine monophosphate messenger, which can trigger the activation of the lipases that perform the hydrolysis of the triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol. When taken to the tissues, the free fatty acids are used as an energy source during beta-oxidation for the production of ATP.

Intense pulsed light therapy at home Clinical study:
Introduction
There has been a growing interest in non-invasive methods to reduce localized fat in aesthetics clinics. Techniques such as cryolipolysis, ultra cavitation, photobiomodulation (PBM), and others have been proposed for this purpose. Research indicates that PBM can assist in body contouring, yet there is no standardized protocol for its application. Additionally, as with other fat reduction techniques, the release of triacylglycerol could impact blood lipid profiles, affecting overall health. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of different light wavelengths in PBM for reducing abdominal circumference and to assess any long-term changes in blood lipid profiles.
Methods and Analysis
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: Group A-Red PBM; Group B-Infrared PBM; and Group C-Placebo (Sham) treatment. Each group will undergo eight sessions over four weeks, with treatments administered twice weekly. Each session will involve 30 minutes of PBM using a radiant exposure of 127 J/cm² delivered through an abdominal strap with four LED clusters, each containing 72 devices, according to the randomization plan. All groups will also receive 30 minutes of Aussie Current at 4 kHz, modulated at 10 Hz, 40–60 mA. The primary outcome will be the reduction in waist circumference. Secondary outcomes will include changes in anthropometric data, blood lipid profile, liver function, adipose tissue thickness measured by ultrasound, local microcirculation, and assessments of quality of life and self-esteem.
Outcomes
The primary outcome measure will be the reduction in waist circumference. Secondary outcomes will evaluate anthropometric data, lipid profile, liver function, adipose tissue thickness via ultrasound, local microcirculation changes, and improvements in quality of life and self-esteem. Participants will be assessed at the same time of day throughout the study to ensure consistency.
